WipFrag Reflex

Don’t use conveyers?  If you have unconsolidated material on LHD/HD vehicles then WipFrag Reflex is the answer.  Fixed cameras at drop points and/or over LHD routes automatically collect images and the WipFrag computer calculates the results.  Results are available on-screen and can be communicated to most industrial control systems.

How it Works:

WipFrag Reflex is an automated image analysis system designed specifically to analyze material on vehicles while they're in motion. With the use of RFID technology, the software is also capable of recording vehicle information. Optionally, integrate the software with your mines dispatch system and record the vehicle's hauling data in the WipFrag output; a valuable asset when hauling from multiple locations.
