No. CalFrag offers a large proportion of the information within its web site freely to all customers. In short, we strive to treat customers with respect and in the manner in which we prefer to be dealt with when we are customers.
Will CalFrag share my information with third-parties?
Only with our principals WipWare Inc. CalFrag will not sell, transfer, assign or rent your customer information to any other party without your permission.
How can I have my name deleted from CalFrag's customer list?
Simply by e-mailing us with the instruction "remove me from your customer list".
Who can I contact if I've asked to be deleted from CalFrag's customer list but still receive unwanted e-mails?
Although this should never happen there may be a short period between sending your request and it being acted upon. In any event if you are free to e-mail Harry Watson directly with details. We will ensure that the situation is resolved as soon as is practical.
Is CalFrag responsible for other sites I link to from the CalFrag Web site?
No. CalFrag can take responsibility only for this website. If you do link to other sites then please refer to their own respective privacy policies.
