WipFrag Momentum

When your material is on a conveyer belt WipFrag Momentum incorporates one or more fixed cameras and an industrial PC to automatically and continually monitor particle size. No sampling or intervention is required and the results are available on screen or for integration with most industrial control systems.

How It Works

Cameras with requisite lighting units are mounted at one or more key points in the plant. Each camera is connected to a central PC workstation, typically located in the main control room. WipFrag Momentum automatically collects images according to a user-defined schedule. WipWare algorithms along with the latest computers allow WipFrag to analyze up to 4 images per second. WipFrag Momentum can output Modbus, RS232, OPC and other various signals for vast possibilities in process control.
